Discover the new tasting menu offer in Florence created by Chef Giuseppe Bonadonna and available at dinner from Tuesday to Saturday at Ristorante Santa Elisabetta, located in the heart of the historic center, on the first floor of the Torre della Pagliazza inside Hotel Brunelleschi.

Home made betroot “Tortello” filled with cod, smoked lentils cream

Salmon with sesame and miso, Italian style spinach and tangerine sauce

Crunchy nougat mousse, chocolate Ivoire 33% and Araguani 72%
Orange sauce
