Discover the new tasting menu offer in Florence created by Chef Giuseppe Bonadonna and available at dinner from Tuesday to Saturday at Ristorante Santa Elisabetta, located in the heart of the historic center, on the first floor of the Torre della Pagliazza inside Hotel Brunelleschi.

Stuffed quail Tuscan style, quail egg and Porto wine reduction

Fresh pasta “Tagliolini” with pepper and pecorino cheese
dried egg and smoked pork cheek meat and sauce

Beef glazed with Chianti Classico wine, potatoes mille-feuille, crispy leek

Savoiardo biscuit with Kahlúa liquor, zabaglione froth            
Dark chocolate wafer
