-Habi roll, with rice and nori seaweed stuffed with fresh salmon fillet, purple potato and spicy salmon tartare

-Shrimp roll tempura with rice and nori seaweed stuffed with Japanese mayonnaise, carrots and shrimp in tempera and garnished with kataifi dough (3pcs)
