Yes, it will be seem strange to you but in San Paolo resides the largest Japanese community of the world and here the sushi culture is well integrated with the typical tropical flavors and colors, giving life to the gastronomic current that today is called Sushi Nikkei or Sushi Samba.
The chef after working in São Paulo, Miami, New York, Santiago and Barcelona has decided for a few years now to stop in Tuscany because it has a perfect land balance between history, art, climate and passion for the food.
