WIND RAIN SEA
THE WIND ... THAT BRINGS RAIN ... THAT RIVERS INTO THE SEA ...
A visionary trilogy to retrace the salient moments of Jon Fosse's dramaturgy. Inspired by the rich and elusive world of the Norwegian author, by the dark and luminous landscapes of his works, one can trace the symbolic journey of existence. In this journey, love is constant presence and absence, certainty and mystery, from the first couple of lovers, to the family, to the limbo of a universal destiny. A miracle that appears, imposes itself, overbearing, and then hides itself, denies itself, disappears in death and finally remains, always, in some form and dimension.
THE WIND is the vital breath that leads two creatures to unite, get lost and find themselves "cyclically" in the heart of memory and premonition.
RAIN is a mother's incessant torment; the background to emptiness and lack of love; the cry that pours into the infinite sea of existence.
THE SEA is the suspended and invisible movement of a ship towards its last landing, the mirage in which the sense of love and existence can "remain" and be preserved.
